Gary D. Gall
President and Chief Executive Officer
Gary D. Gall joined Sierra Vista Bank in September 2008 as a Director, and in August 2013, he was appointed as the Bank's President and Chief Executive Officer. With over 30 years of community banking experience, Mr. Gall has many career and personal accomplishments, including forming the holding company, Western Sierra Bancorp, and growing it from $50 million in assets with four branches to over $1.2 billion and 31 branches. In addition, he served as President of the California Community Bankers Association.
Mr. Gall resides in Cameron Park and is an owner of Garden Properties, Car-izma Auto Spa and Sierra Ridge Properties. He remains very involved in the community. Mr. Gall is a past president and current member of the Cameron Park Rotary, current member of the Cameron Park Community Foundation and the El Dorado County Boys and Girls Club. Mr. Gall studied Crop Science and Agricultural Economics at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
Lesa A. Fynes
EVP / Chief Financial Officer
Lesa A. Fynes is a resident of El Dorado Hills and is the Bank's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Fynes has 19 years of accounting/financial experience in banking in the Folsom/El Dorado Hills market working those many years with a locally headquartered regional bank.
Ms. Fynes received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, and has successfully passed the CPA examination.
EVP / Chief Credit Officer
Mr. Sheffer is a 34-year banking veteran who has worked in various credit management capacities within regional and national banks and credit corporations throughout northern California. His scope of expertise includes residential, agricultural, commercial and construction lending. As a previous principal in Sheffer & Associates, he covered origination, risk management assessment and loan placement for business loans, as well as SBA (Small Business Association) related transactions, commercial loans, lines of credit and land development projects.
In his current role with Sierra Vista Bank, Ken will be responsible for providing support and direction over credit administration and ensuring the overall quality of the Bank's lending portfolio.
