Daniel Bandi, Director, is a Chartered Financial Analyst with more than two decades of experience scrutinizing investments, particularly the value and strength of companies. He is the principal and chief investment officer of Integrity Asset Management, an Ohio-based investment advisory firm he helped start that has grown to manage more than $3.1 billion in assets.
And he and his team have been featured in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times and Investor's Business Daily and they've appeared as guests on CNBC, CNNfn TV, Bloomberg TV and more.
Mr. Bandi holds a BA in economics from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Texas A&M University - Commerce. He is a member and past President of the Chartered Financial Analysts Society of Cleveland, and lives in Rocky River, OH with his family.
Craig N. Brinitzer
Craig N. Brinitzer, Director, is a resident of Shingle Springs and has lived in Folsom area for 25 years. He is a Senior Vice President and a principal of Cornish and Carey Commercial in Sacramento and Roseville where he has worked for the past 24 years. Craig's professional and community efforts were awarded in 2005 and 2007 when he was elected as Sacramento's Office Broker of the Year by the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE). He attended Humbolt State University, is a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) and is a lifetime member of the California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation.
Beth M. Carlsen
Beth M. Carlsen, Vice Chairman, is a resident of Folsom and has lived in California for 27 years and in Folsom for the past 19 years. She is a certified public accountant (not currently practicing) and also holds a California Teaching Credential. Ms. Carlsen and her husband were co-owners of the Folsom Sports Complex prior to its sale to the City of Folsom in 2006.
Ms. Carlsen is president of the board of the B. Street Theatre, treasurer of the board of Twin Lakes Food Bank, a member of the Board Oversight Committee of the Folsom Community Unified School District and is a Lifetime Member and Leader of the local chapter of the Girl Scouts of America. She is a member of the California PTA and is Past President of the Folsom PTA, and she is a member of the California State Board of Accountancy. Ms. Carlsen earned her B.A. degree in Economics from Albion College (Michigan) in 1982. She earned a Clear Multi-Subject Teaching Credential from National University in 1987.
J. Patrick Dunbar, D.D.S.
J. Patrick Dunbar, Director, is a resident of Folsom and an Orthodontist serving the community of Folsom since 1991. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Montana State University and his DDS from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry. He also received his Certificate of Orthodontics from the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York and is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Dunbar served as a Folsom Planning Commissioner for 10 years and is a past Director of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce. He has been active in the community coaching softball, baseball and basketball in the local youth leagues and as director in a local service club.
Gary D. Gall
President and Chief Executive Officer
Gary D. Gall joined Sierra Vista Bank in September 2008 as a Director, and in August 2013, he was appointed as the Bank's President and Chief Executive Officer. With over 30 years of community banking experience, Mr. Gall has many career and personal accomplishments, including forming the holding company, Western Sierra Bancorp, and growing it from $50 million in assets with four branches to over $1.2 billion and 31 branches. In addition, he served as President of the California Community Bankers Association.
Mr. Gall resides in Cameron Park and is an owner of Garden Properties, Car-izma Auto Spa and Sierra Ridge Properties. He remains very involved in the community. Mr. Gall is a past president and current member of the Cameron Park Rotary, current member of the Cameron Park Community Foundation and the El Dorado County Boys and Girls Club. Mr. Gall studied Crop Science and Agricultural Economics at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
Scott N. Jimison
Scott N. Jimison, Director, is a native of California and has been a resident of Sacramento County for the past 27 years and of Folsom for the past 14 years. Mr. Jimison holds an Accounting and Management Information Sciences degree and a MBA from California State University at Sacramento. He has over 20 years experience as a financial and corporate development executive in the life sciences industry.
In 1990 he founded Alta Analytical Laboratory and currently holds the title of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to becoming involved in the life science industry, Mr. Jimison spent three years as a certified public accountant (not currently practicing), performing audit and tax services for the accounting firm Touche Ross & Co. from 1985 to 1987.
Mr. Jimison is an active member of the Folsom community and has contributed many hours of leadership to local youth programs. His contributions include five years as a manager of the Folsom American Little League, four years as a manager of the Folsom Soccer Club, two years as a manager of the Folsom Flag Football League, and one year as a manger of the Folsom Youth Basketball League. He also participates as a volunteer in the Folsom Boy Scouts program. Mr. Jimison is a past member of the California State Board of Accountancy.
Jeffrey D. Maher
Jeffrey D. Maher, Director, is Chief Operating Officer with Taylor Asset Management. The Taylor Fund focuses primarily in small cap domestic equities with an additional emphasis on selected emerging markets. Mr. Maher has over 25 years of operational and financial management experience specializing in start-up and turnaround companies. He has spent most of his career either in the real estate or financial market sectors.
Mr. Maher also serves on the board of "I Have a Dream" Foundation - Los Angeles. He earned his MBA degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and his BS degree in Journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
Eric Northman, Director, is a resident of Gold River. He is a native Californian and has lived in the Sacramento area for over 27 years. Mr. Northman holds a BA degree from University of California Santa Barbara and obtained a California State Real Estate Brokers License in 1990. He completed United California Bank's Management Training Program as well as completing numerous bank related and professional accounting classes throughout his banking career. Mr. Northman has over thirty plus years experience in the financial and banking services industry.
Following a sixteen year commercial banking career as a real estate lender and Executive Management Member, he became a self employed income property mortgage broker and financial consultant in 1990. Initially affiliating with Vitek Mortgage Group, four years later he formed his own firm, Eric Northman and Associates, which he operates today. Mr. Northman owns and operates income property real estate in both Rancho Cordova and Sacramento.
Mr. Northman is currently a Director of Vitek Mortgage Group, a large Sacramento mortgage banking company. He belongs to Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church and is a member of North Ridge Country Club. His past civic service in the Sacramento area includes serving over fifteen years in the capacity of Treasurer and later President of Sacramento Yolo Mutual Housing Association, a non profit company providing low income housing to well over 2,000 residents in those two counties, as well as serving as Treasurer for the Building Industry Associations Associates Council.
Lori Warden, Director, has a long, well-regarded history in business, banking and community service in Placerville and El Dorado County. Her business experience includes management at El Dorado Disposal and mortgage lending. Lori also served on the Board of Directors of Western Sierra Bancorp.
As a community advocate, she has served as a board member of CASA El Dorado, a non-profit group that advocates for children in the foster care system, and she's worked with other non-profits to help them build and maintain strong fiscal foundations.
Ms. Warden lives in Placerville with her husband and is the current president of the Placerville Kiwanis Club.
Brady M. Whitlow
Brady M. Whitlow, Chairman of the Board, is a resident of Folsom and is a native Californian. He is a former accountant with a major firm and also was a sales/marketing manager for multiple food products companies. He is currently President and CEO of Corto Olive in Stockton California.
Mr. Whitlow graduated from University of Oregon with a B.A. degree. He received his M.B.A. degree from Santa Clara University.
Andy Yang, Ph.D.
Andy Yang, Director, is a resident of Sacramento and has owned and operated his own tax consulting company for the past 29 years, supporting the needs of small and medium sized businesses in the Greater Sacramento area. Andy is also Professor of Economics, Emeritus, at California State University, Sacramento, where he has taught since 1974. In addition to teaching economics and money & banking, he has published a number of articles and books, as well as book reviews and reports on a wide variety of economic topics. He is a member of the American Economic Association, the National Society of Enrolled Agents, and the past President of Korea America Economic Association, and has actively served in the Korean community in the Greater Sacramento area as a board member and officer.
In addition to his civic and academic activities, Andy has also owned and operated commercial retail and office properties in the Sacramento area. He has a B.A. in Economics and a M.B.A., both from Seoul National University; a M.A. and a Ph.D. in Economics, both from the University of Oregon; and he is currently pursuing a degree in Christian Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary.
