Craig N. Brinitzer

Craig N. Brinitzer, Director, is a resident of Shingle Springs and has lived in Folsom area for 22 years. He is a Senior Vice President and a principal of Cornish and Carey Commercial in Sacramento and Roseville where he has worked for the past 21 years. He attended Humbolt State University, is a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) and is a lifetime member of the California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation.

Beth M. Carlsen

Beth M. Carlsen, Vice Chairman, is a resident of Folsom and has lived in California for 23 years and in Folsom for the past 16 years. She is a certified public accountant (not currently practicing) and also holds a California Teaching Credential. Ms. Carlsen and her husband were co-owners of the Folsom Sports Complex prior to its sale to the City of Folsom in 2006. Ms. Carlsen is a member of the Board Oversight Committee of the Folsom Community Unified School District and is a Lifetime Member and Leader of the local chapter of the Girl Scouts of America. She is a member of the California PTA and is Past President of the Folsom PTA, and she is a member of the California State Board of Accountancy. Ms. Carlsen earned her B.A. degree in Economics from Albion College (Michigan) in 1982. She earned a Clear Multi-Subject Teaching Credential from National University in 1987.

Jim Carter

Jim Carter, Director, is a resident of Placerville and has 45 years of experience in the construction industry and over 39 years as a General Contractor. Serving as president of Carter-Kelly, Inc. (CKI) since 1980, Jim has successfully guided CKI into one of the most respected construction firms in the Northern California region. Carter-Kelly, Inc. received the honor of being nominated “General Contractor of the Year” in 1994 and 2008, and received the “Best Community Impact” award for the recently completed Martha Riley Community Library project. For many years Jim has volunteered his leadership and experience to help benefit his clients, his partners and his community.

J. Patrick Dunbar

J. Patrick Dunbar, Director, is a resident of Folsom and an Orthodontist serving the community of Folsom since 1991. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Montana State University and his DDS from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry. He also received his Certificate of Orthodontics from the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York. Dr. Dunbar currently serves as a Folsom Planning Commissioner and is a past Director of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce. He has been active in the community as both a softball coach and a basketball coach in the local youth league and as director in a local service club.

Gary Gall

Gary GallGary D. Gall, Director, is a resident of Cameron Park. He joined Sierra Vista Bank in September 2008 with over 30 years of community banking experience. Mr. Gall has earned many career and personal accomplishments, including forming the holding company, Western Sierra Bancorp and growing it from $50 million in assets with four branches to over $1.2 billion and 31 branches. In addition, he served as President of the California Community Bankers Association.

As an owner of Garden Properties, Car-izma Auto Spa and Sierra Ridge Properties, Mr. Gall continues to be heavily involved in the community through his membership in Cameron Park Rotary Community Foundation and serving on the Board of Trustees for Simpson University in Redding since 1998. Additionally, he is a trusted advisor to Hamilton Financial Fund, as well as a Charter Board Member of the El Dorado County Boys & Girls Club and a member of the Board for the Cameron Park Country Club.

Mr. Gall is a graduate of Cal Poly, majoring in Crop Science and Agricultural Economics.

Scott N. Jimison

Scott N. Jimison, Director, is a native of California and has been a resident of Sacramento County for the past 27 years and of Folsom for the past 14 years. Mr. Jimison holds an Accounting and Management Information Sciences degree and a MBA from California State University at Sacramento. He has over 20 years experience as a financial and corporate development executive in the life sciences industry.

In 1990 he founded Alta Analytical Laboratory and currently holds the title of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to becoming involved in the life science industry, Mr. Jimison spent three years as a certified public accountant (not currently practicing), performing audit and tax services for the accounting firm Touche Ross & Co. from 1985 to 1987.

Mr. Jimison is an active member of the Folsom community and has contributed many hours of leadership to local youth programs. His contributions include five years as a manager of the Folsom American Little League, four years as a manager of the Folsom Soccer Club, two years as a manager of the Folsom Flag Football League, and one year as a manger of the Folsom Youth Basketball League. He also participates as a volunteer in the Folsom Boy Scouts program. Mr. Jimison is a past member of the California State Board of Accountancy.

Eric Northman

Eric Northman, Director, is a resident of Gold River. He is a native of California and has lived in the Sacramento area for 24 years. Mr. Northman is a self employed mortgage broker and financial consultant. He has 16 years of banking experience, mostly in the Sacramento-Sierra Foothill region of California. He also served in the United States Navy and received his B.A. degree in American History from the University of California - Santa Barbara.

Mr. Northman is the Past President and former Chairman of the Board of Sacramento Mutual Housing Association, a non profit organization that provides low income housing for over 2,000 individuals. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is the Past Treasurer of the Building Industry Association's Associates Council. Mr. Northman was the Founding Director and Treasurer of the Lassen Economic Development Corporation, is a Past President of the Susanville Lions Club, and is a Founding Director and Treasurer of the Susanville Community Food Shelf.

Greg Patton

Greg Patton is a resident of Carmichael and serves as President & Chief Executive Officer and on the Board of Directors. Mr. Patton has been in banking and financial services in the greater Sacramento & El Dorado County area for the past 26 years. Starting as a teller, he has worked for the past decade as a senior officer and in executive management in other local community banks before being named to this position at the end of 2007.

Mr. Patton holds undergraduate degrees from Black Hills State University (BS-Education), and University of San Francisco (BA-Economics), and completed Pacific Coast Banking School in 2002. Mr. Patton is active in the community, serving as his Rotary Club’s past president, Greater Sacramento YMCA Board of Directors, Developmental Disabilities Service Organization Foundation Treasurer and as an officer for The Masters of Giving, a local charitable foundation.

Brady M. Whitlow

Brady M. Whitlow, Chairman of the Board, is a resident of Folsom and is a native Californian. He is retired as a former accountant with a major firm and as the sales/marketing manager for multiple food products companies. He is currently President and CEO of Corto Olive in Stockton California

Mr. Whitlow graduated from University of Oregon with a B.A. degree. He received his M.B.A. degree from Santa Clara University. He serves as an adult leader of the local Boy Scouts of America.

Andy Yang

Andy Yang, Director, is a resident of Sacramento and has owned and operated his own tax consulting company for the past 29 years, supporting the needs of small and medium sized businesses in the Greater Sacramento area. Andy is also Professor of Economics, Emeritus, at California State University, Sacramento, where he has taught since 1974. In addition to teaching economics and money & banking, he has published a number of articles and books, as well as book reviews and reports on a wide variety of economic topics. He is a member of the American Economic Association, the National Society of Enrolled Agents, and the past President of Korea America Economic Association, and has actively served in the Korean community in the Greater Sacramento area as a board member and officer.

In addition to his civic and academic activities, Andy has also owned and operated commercial retail and office properties in the Sacramento area. He has a B.A. in Economics and a M.B.A., both from Seoul National University; a M.A. and a Ph. D. in Economics, both from the University of Oregon; and he is currently pursuing a degree in Christian Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary.
